And here comes the answer: YES, we produce differently. THAT is what sets us apart from mass-produced goods and THAT is what makes your product from Reichenbach so much more durable, high-quality and sustainable than any other porcelain!
We turn the porcelain mass. This means that the homogeneous mass is turned directly into the mold using a roller head. Other producers usually use a granulate that is pressed directly into a plate in the machine. The latter process is significantly cheaper, faster and produces more mass. However, what makes our process irreplaceable for us is the quality that the turning process produces. This achieves a higher edge breaking strength of up to 40{2ca9fe13497128eb3fc180d4fd31e41657893fbbb97103724661176c69ee1ca8}!!! compared to the pressing process. So. And that’s why made in Reichenbach is a real added value for your porcelain for everyday use – and of course also in the hotel and catering industry.
