In Reichenbach/Thuringia since 1900.

A team of 30 employees is dedicated to a wide variety of tasks, ranging from the realization of individual customer requests or creations by renowned designers to promotional mugs and hotel porcelain. Old craft techniques such as cobalt spraying, stamping or plate turning are just as much in demand as new techniques such as die casting or drilling for decoration. The wide range of products and the very different designs demand creativity, craftsmanship and teamwork from the employees.

Sales consultant in our factory store m/f/d part-time

As a medium-sized porcelain manufacturer, we can look back with pride on the last few years in which we have developed into a respected company on the national and international porcelain market in terms of quality, individuality and customer satisfaction. As a craft business, you can’t achieve this nowadays with good ideas and sufficient staff alone.

In our factory store, our visitors can admire and buy the products of this work and learn more about the uniqueness of each series.

Tasks

What tasks await you?

Daily tasks for you in addition to sales advice: order processing, invoicing, dispatch
Organizational activities for order processing
Dealing with merchandise management system and digital cash register system
Daily telephone or personal contact with customers; complaint processing

Qualification

Is that perhaps you???

dedicated and competent advice for customers and dealers
you enjoy selling manufactured products that are produced 100% in-house
Ability to work in a team and a forward-looking approach in a family atmosphere
Ideally completed vocational training or several years of professional experience in sales
