It is a matter close to our hearts.
For many years, we have been providing a colorful stage for the lovingly prepared meals at the Ronald McDonald House in Jena with our cups, plates and mugs.
There, seriously ill children and their families find a temporary home away from home.
And while the families have to focus all their thoughts and energy on themselves, the team at the house, under the patronage of Ute Freudenberg, provides everything else they need to feel at home.

The new building in Jena Lobeda offers optimal connections to the clinic and the facilities are a little paradise for the kids.

Porzellanmanufaktur Reichenbach and the Ronald McDonald House with its director Ms. Uecker have been partners for many years.
Even when the house was still located in an old villa in Jena’s western district, I was able to present a porcelain donation together as a student.
The gratitude and the gleam in our eyes make us happy every time, and we hope – somehow – to be able to contribute to the fantastic overall concept with the colorful cups and plates and to do something good for the children and their families.

We took the opportunity to take some of the “old” porcelain back with us for a little makeover.
The ladies of the house were thrilled to hear that by re-firing the porcelain, we can easily remove those little unwelcome traces of cutlery abrasion that form on the crockery over the years.
“Everyone talks about sustainability – we just do it” – says Annett with a wink, and we say goodbye.
Until the next colorful delivery 😍
