Paola Navone

  • Since 2003, Reichenbach has been breaking new ground by collaborating with the internationally renowned Italian designer Paola Navone.

The “PAOLA NAVONE PER REICHENBACH” label has so far been used for the colorful “Fish and FLOWER COLLECTION” and “NEW BAROQUE – SILVER SHINY” dinnerware reminiscent of Art Deco splash patterns.
This service focuses on the lively contrast between the velvety, rough, unglazed body and a rich, hand-applied platinum color.
As with her previous Reichenbach designs, the designer has also intensively studied the historical shapes of the Thuringian manufactory for the new “Taste” porcelain, which is suitable for gastronomy.
Typical design features include wide, graphically abstractly contoured plate flags, which quote neo-baroque models from the Reichenbach collection and interpret them in a contemporary way.
The cups and saucers for espresso, tea and coffee are new.
A precious pearl rim relief is the only decoration on the saucers.
The cups are given their “extra” by handles that extend into the inside of the cup and are therefore a further highlight and perfect complement to the abstract shapes of the plates.
